Role Description
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer + Landing Page Developer to create high-quality creative assets for digital campaigns and develop effective landing pages that engage users and drive conversions. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, proficiency in design tools, and a solid understanding of user experience principles.

Design high-quality digital assets, including social media graphics, ad creatives, banners, email visuals, and branded marketing materials.

Create modern, clean, and conversion-focused landing page designs that captivate users and achieve marketing objectives.

Develop and launch landing pages based on approved designs, ensuring responsiveness across all devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).

Collaborate closely with the marketing team and internal stakeholders to turn campaign ideas into effective visual solutions.

Maintain brand consistency across all design elements and web assets.

Optimize landing page layouts for user experience, clarity, and conversions.

Edit and update existing landing pages as required.

Manage multiple design and development tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.

Stay abreast of design trends, landing page best practices, and digital performance standards.
Qualifications

Proven proficiency in at least one design tool (Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch).

Demonstrable experience designing conversion-focused landing pages (portfolio required).

Experience designing digital marketing assets including graphics for social media, ads, banners, and emails.

Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.

Ability to independently develop and launch landing pages, not just design.

Experience with at least one no-code/low-code platform (Webflow or Framer).

Excellent eye for brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Requirements

Experience with advanced prototyping tools (ProtoPie) for micro-interactions.

Front-end development skills (React.js and/or Next.js) are a plus.

Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control.

Background in working within a marketing or growth team environment.

Knowledge of A/B testing principles and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Understanding of SEO principles as they relate to landing page structure and performance.
