Role Description
The Graphic Designer role (Artwork Finaliser focus) plays a pivotal role in preparing high-quality, print-ready and production-ready assets across brand, digital, print and experiential platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency and technical excellence.

Execute and finalise artwork across brand, digital, print, social, retail and physical environment designs, ensuring all outputs are production-ready.

Interpret creative briefs created by the Art Director or Creative Director (execution-focused; no strategy ownership).

Prepare accurate print-ready files with correct bleed, trims, colour profiles and specifications.

Roll out assets across multiple touchpoints.

Own resizing, finishing and artwork preparation, including creating print-ready files, setting up die lines, and ensuring all assets meet production specifications.

Work with die lines and packaging layouts with high precision.

Maintain clean file structures, naming conventions and organised asset systems.

Manage an average of two briefs per day (approx. five major tasks per week).

Work across a broad mix of clients (approx. seven clients per week, sometimes more).

Adapt quickly to new brands and guidelines.

Collaborate with the traffic manager, art directors, creative director, designers and account service.
Qualifications

Minimum five yearsβ experience as a Graphic Designer.

Agency experience is a must.

Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment with multiple briefs and tight turnarounds.

Strong technical capability in artwork finalisation, including print production, file setup, brand guideline application and multi-format asset rollouts.

Strong experience in preparing print-ready artwork and working with production specifications.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.

Excellent attention to detail in typography, layout and file accuracy, with a strong focus on precision and consistency.

Requirements

Nice-to-have: 3D design/renders for physical spaces, bars or displays.

Figma familiarity (must still be able to export to Adobe).
