Role Description
We are looking for a commercially minded Graphic Designer to create high-quality visual work across paid social, websites, email, organic content and product & campaign launches. You will turn briefs into clear, attractive, on-brand designs that help customers understand products, campaigns and take action.
This is not only a production role. We want someone who can contribute ideas, understand the purpose of marketing campaigns, and improve creative through feedback and performance learning.
What success looks like

Produce engaging, on-brand content across multiple brands and channels.

Create high converting static content and variations for acquisition, retention, and product & campaign launches.

Mastering AI tools to generate high quality content with minimum AI slops.

Improve customer journey through website design and CRO work with on brand conversion-focused design.

Deliver accurate work on time with high adaptability to contingencies.
Key Responsibilities

Static creative and campaign design
-
Deliver high quality ads, campaign key visuals, organic posts, product graphics, and promotional assets on time.

Work closely with Creative and Performance Marketing team to deliver high converting ads measured by ROAS and engagement.

Replicate winning ads across other brands and channels.

Website, email, and CRO design
-
Create website banners, landing-page sections, email graphics, product visuals, and campaign modules.
-
Support CRO tests with stronger layouts, hierarchy, calls to action, and product communication.

Design for mobile readability, accessibility, and customer confidence.

Brand and visual quality
-
Protect each brandβs visual identity across typography, colour, spacing, imagery, and tone.
-
Bring strong judgement to image selection, product presentation, and visual storytelling.
-
Reduce AI slops to maintain accuracy for furniture, home, family, and lifestyle products.

Briefs, delivery, and collaboration
-
Understand briefs and ask clear questions when information is missing.
-
Plan work across deadlines and flag risks early.
-
Take ownership of smaller projects from concept through delivery.
-
Give progress updates to Mansell and the wider marketing team.
-
Work closely with creative, copy, ecommerce, performance marketing, brand teams, and external partners.

Explain design decisions and respond professionally to feedback.

QA, file management, and improvement
-
Check spelling, price, layout, product accuracy, links, sizing, and export quality.

Maintain clean editable files and clear version names highly adaptable to contingencies.

Review creative performance and use learnings to improve future work.
-
Keep up with AI design, ecommerce, and social creative trends.
Qualifications
-
Minimum 2 years of commercial graphic or digital design experience.
-
Portfolio showing paid social, ecommerce, campaign, branding, or digital work.
-
Strong Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or equivalent skills.
-
Strong typography, layout, composition, colour, and visual hierarchy.
-
Ability to create clear variations from a single brief.
-
Understanding of social, website, email, and digital advertising formats.
-
Good attention to detail, time management, and communication.
-
Willingness to learn and accept direct feedback.
-
A design degree is useful but is not required when the portfolio and practical ability are strong.

Produce at least 24 approved, useful design outputs, subject to agreed brief volume.

Support at least 24 CRO or design tests where suitable opportunities exist.
