Role Description

We Don't Need a Brand Designer. We Need a Direct Response Graphic Designer Who Can Produce 70+ Converting Statics Per Week.

Let's be clear about what this role is, and isn't. This isn't a brand design role where you spend hours perfecting a single visual. This is direct response advertising. Speed matters. Volume matters. Conversion matters most of all.

You'll be producing at least 70 static ad images per week . That's not a typo. Their creative testing engine runs on high volume, and you'll be the one powering it.

You'll work from briefs, templates, and proven frameworks. You'll iterate fast, build variations, and understand that the "ugly" ad that converts always beats the "beautiful" ad that doesn't.

If you can move fast, follow direct response principles, and produce consistent quality at scale, this one's for you.

What You’ll Own

• Produce 70+ static ad images per week across multiple brands
• Create direct response ads designed to stop the scroll and drive clicks
• Work from creative briefs and iterate quickly on winning concepts
• Build variations of proven ads (different hooks, colors, layouts, CTAs)
• Follow templates and brand guidelines while maintaining speed
• Apply direct response principles: headlines, benefit driven copy, urgency, social proof
• Collaborate with creative strategists on new concepts and angles
• Organize and manage design assets efficiently
• Meet daily and weekly output targets consistently

Who Will Succeed in This Role

• Strong proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Canva, or similar design tools
• Experience creating static ads for paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest)
• Understanding of direct response design principles, not just making things "look nice"
• Ability to produce high volume without sacrificing quality
• Fast turnaround on iterations, minutes not hours
• An eye for what makes ads convert: strong headlines, clear CTAs, scroll stopping visuals
• Strong organization skills across multiple brands and assets
• Reliability and consistency in hitting daily targets
• Comfort with repetitive, process driven work
• Openness to feedback and quick to implement changes

Bonus points for:

• Experience designing for DTC/e-commerce brands
• A portfolio showing direct response static ads (not just brand work)
• Understanding of ad metrics and what "good performance" looks like
• Experience with UGC style or native feeling ad creatives
• Familiarity with AI design tools for faster iteration

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: $1,000 to $1,500/month
