[Hiring] Graphic Designer @DCX

Role Description

The DCX Client Services Home-Based Graphic Designer has a strong ability to listen to the client, understand their goals, and assist in the creation of creative solutions with a high visual impact. This role has two sides: producing accurate, on-brand decoration proofs for our sales team & customers every day, and bringing marketing skill to email, social, and how our products show up in search engines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 1-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, or other relevant experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creativity across different mediums.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
• Strong understanding of design principles, visual composition, and details.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop (current version) and Illustrator; InDesign a plus.
• Some experience with email design, social content, or campaign support.
• Understanding of production, product packaging, and multimedia design.
• Passion for design with a keen eye for aesthetics and trends.
• Experience in apparel or promotional products, especially with decoration methods like embroidery, screen print, or DTF.
• Familiarity with AI design tools (Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Gemini) for faster ideation. Not required, prompting can be taught.
• Working SEO knowledge (product metadata, image alt text, on-page basics).
