Role Description

Design high-impact graphics and visual content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more.

• Create compelling, on-brand visuals for trending sports topics - breaking news, standout performances, trending sports moments and betting updates.
• Edit and produce short-form video content, memes and viral videos.
• Collaborate closely with content, social, and marketing teams to execute creative concepts quickly and effectively.
• Translate ideas, stats, and narratives into visually engaging designs that drive fan engagement.
• Stay on top of sports news, trends, memes, and pop culture to create timely and relevant content.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets while pushing creative boundaries.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design (preferably in sports, media, or digital content).
• Strong design skills across typography, layout, color, image retouching, and content composition.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), with working knowledge of Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.
• Experience designing visual content specifically for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present and explain creative ideas.
• Deep knowledge of sports and an understanding of how fans engage with sports content online.
• Genuine love of pop culture, social media trends and online humour.
• A creative thinker with a strong eye for design and detail.
• Someone who moves quickly and thrives under tight deadlines.
• A team player who is collaborative, responds well to feedback and is motivated to grow.

Requirements

• Prior experience in sports media, sports betting, or a fast-paced content environment (Nice To Have).
• Motion graphics, illustration and/or animation (Nice To Have).

Salary Range

$50,000 — $62,000 CAD
