Role Description

We are hiring a Graphic Designer with signage and production design experience to support a busy internal design workflow. This role is highly execution-focused and ideal for someone who thrives in production environments, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and understands how to prepare files accurately for print and production.

You’ll work on a wide variety of projects, including:

• Signage
• Banners
• Trade show graphics
• Large format printing
• Offset print materials

The role requires strong Adobe Illustrator skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to independently move projects through the workflow while maintaining high quality standards. This position does not involve direct client communication, as all customer interactions and project coordination will be handled internally by the team.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret job details and design requests inside Corebridge
• Manage and monitor a continuously updated design queue
• Handle approximately 20–40 design requests daily
• Create production-ready artwork for signage, banners, trade show graphics, and print materials
• Prepare files accurately for large format and offset printing
• Manage projects ranging from single-item requests to larger multi-component orders
• Collaborate internally with sales and production teams through Google Chat
• Proactively seek clarification when project details are unclear
• Maintain organization and efficiency while working under tight turnaround times
• Independently move projects through the workflow while flagging issues when needed
• Attend biweekly check-ins and weekly company meetings

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of graphic design experience
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
• Experience in signage, large format printing, offset printing, or related industries
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads efficiently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Adaptable mindset and openness to feedback and process improvements
• Excellent written English communication skills

Nice to Have

• Pre-press file setup experience
• Experience using Corebridge or similar workflow management systems
• Background working in production-heavy or print-focused environments
• Experience with trade show graphics and large-scale production design

Portfolio Requirements

Candidates should provide a portfolio demonstrating experience with:

• Signage design
• Large format print projects

• Banners and promotional materials
• Flat stock and offset print work
• Production-ready file preparation
