Role Description
As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in maintaining and elevating the client's brand across packaging, web, and marketing materials. You'll work on a variety of creative projects, with a strong focus on packaging production and pixel-perfect design execution. This role is ideal for a mid-level designer who thrives in fast-paced e-commerce environments and has strong technical design skills, especially in packaging setup and production workflows.
What You'll Be Doing

Packaging Design & Production

Create production-ready packaging files based on dielines
-
Prepare packaging layouts according to BALA brand standards

Ensure all final files are accurate, organized, and pixel-perfect

Collaborate on packaging revisions and updates as needed
-
Maintain consistency across product lines and packaging systems
-
Front-End Web Design
-
Design web assets and front-end creative elements
-
Support website updates and visual merchandising initiatives
-
Create graphics optimized for desktop and mobile experiences

Maintain visual consistency across digital touchpoints
-
Creative Asset Development
-
Design marketing and promotional materials, including:

Flyers
-
Social media assets
-
Email graphics
-
Digital advertisements
-
Product and campaign visuals
-
Ad-Hoc Creative Support

Assist with ongoing creative requests from internal teams

Support brand campaigns and seasonal launches
-
Adapt existing creative assets into multiple formats and sizes

Contribute to maintaining an elevated and cohesive brand identity
Qualifications

Mid-level graphic design experience preferred
-
Strong experience creating packaging files from dielines
-
Exceptional attention to detail and file accuracy
-
Ability to balance brand consistency with fresh creative ideas

Strong file management and workflow organization skills

Comfortable handling multiple creative requests and deadlines
Requirements

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator and Photoshop)

Strong understanding of print production and packaging setup

Experience designing for e-commerce or consumer brands preferred

Experience in beauty, consumer products, or lifestyle brands is a plus

Knowledge of web asset design and digital marketing creatives
