Role Description

IBMC is assisting a high-growth Ecommerce and Digital Brand group in hiring a creative and strategic Graphic Designer. Our client operates in a fast-paced global market, delivering innovative products to a worldwide audience. We pride ourselves on visual storytelling that not only looks stunning but is specifically engineered to drive engagement and sales.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong background in the Ecommerce industry. You will be responsible for creating high-conversion visual assets across multiple digital touchpoints, from social media ads and email marketing to web banners and product packaging. This is a fully remote position for a proactive designer who understands the balance between brand aesthetics and performance-driven design.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, with a strong preference for candidates from an Ecommerce or Digital Agency background.
• A portfolio showcasing performance-based design (ads, landing pages, email marketing) is mandatory.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva/Figma.
• Experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro is a significant plus.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, typography, and visual hierarchy tailored for online consumers.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are required for collaborating with an international team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
• Fully comfortable working in a 100% remote setup.

Requirements

• Design high-impact visuals for social media (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest), email newsletters, and display advertising.
• Create web banners, landing page assets, and product infographics that enhance the user journey and increase conversion rates.
• Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all platforms, ensuring a cohesive look and feel.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Performance teams to develop creative concepts for seasonal launches and global sales events (e.g., Black Friday).
• Analyze the performance of your designs and iterate based on data and feedback to maximize ROAS.
• Basic retouching of product photography and creating motion graphics or short-form video assets for ads.
