Role Description

As a Graphic Designer, you’ll create compelling visual assets that support fundraising campaigns, client presentations, and business development efforts. Your work will help translate complex ideas into engaging, effective design that drives impact.

What You’ll Do with Us

• Bring creative concepts to life across a variety of client and internal projects.
• Design print and digital materials, support presentation development, and contribute to data visualization efforts.
• Keep projects running smoothly by managing timelines, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Support business development efforts through polished proposals and presentation materials.
• Collaborate closely with teammates to refine ideas and continuously elevate the quality of our work.

Qualifications

• At least one (1) year of experience creating print graphic design deliverables in a professional setting.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and pre-press production.
• Experience creating print-ready materials and presentation graphics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Experience with data visualization or designing charts and graphics from data.
• Exposure to nonprofit, fundraising, or marketing agency environments is a plus.
