Role Description
We are looking for a creative and strategic Graphic Designer with a strong focus on brand management. This role goes beyond design execution — you will be responsible for shaping, maintaining, and evolving our brand identity across all platforms. You will play a key role in how our brand is perceived by customers, ensuring consistency, clarity, and a premium feel across every interaction.
What You’ll Do

Brand Management & Strategy

Own and maintain the overall brand identity across all channels

Develop and evolve brand guidelines (visuals, tone, usage)

Ensure consistency across all departments (Marketing, Sales, Operations)

Translate brand strategy into clear visual direction

Branding & Visual Identity

Design and refine logos, color systems, typography, and visual elements

Ensure all visuals align with brand positioning (premium, modern, clean)

Continuously improve the brand’s visual presence

Web & Digital Presence

Design website pages, landing pages, and UI elements aligned with brand identity

Ensure a consistent look and feel across all digital platforms

Collaborate with developers to maintain design quality

Marketing & Campaign Support

Work with Marketing to create performance-driven creatives

Design ads, social media content, and campaign visuals
-
Ensure all campaigns are visually aligned with the brand

Collateral & Client-Facing Materials

Design presentations, brochures, reports, and internal templates

Ensure all materials are professional, clear, and on-brand

Standardize documents used across teams

Production & Execution
-
Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files

Maintain high attention to detail (layout, spacing, alignment, consistency)

Edit and enhance images as needed

Collaboration

Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Management

Act as the “brand gatekeeper” ensuring all outputs meet brand standards

Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with strong branding focus

Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity work (not just social media posts)

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
-
Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout
-
Ability to think strategically, not just execute designs

High attention to detail and consistency
Requirements

Experience with Figma or UI/UX tools (Nice to Have)

Basic video editing (CapCut or similar) (Nice to Have)

Experience working with marketing teams and campaigns (Nice to Have)
