Role Description
We need the designer who can pave the road for Synera, connecting hundreds of engineering tools with AI. You'll own the website that turns visitors into leads, design the social presence that keeps Synera top of mind, and craft the graphics that stop the scroll.
You'll join a 6-person design team alongside our brand designer, motion and product designers. Your lane: the Synera website end-to-end, social media design, and graphic design across all marketing channels.
You'll craft visitor journeys for specific buyer personas, design for conversion, and build repeatable AI-powered workflows.
What You Will Do

Turn value stories into visitor journeys that generate leads.

Own the website design, including new pages, redesigns, and layout optimizations.

Scale output through AI workflows, building automated design processes.

Create assets across every marketing channel: social posts, email headers, event collateral, etc.

Collaborate within the design team, coordinating on brand evolution and shared asset libraries.
In the First 6 Months

Own the website end-to-end and have shipped visitor journeys for at least 2 target personas with measurable lead generation impact.

Document and integrate AI workflows into the team's standard process.
By 12 Months

Website visitor journeys are data-driven and continuously optimized.

Demonstrably scale the team's design output through AI automation and templatization.

Independently manage web and social design for full campaigns, end-to-end.

What You Need to Succeed

5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B web design, landing pages, and marketing asset creation.

Proven experience designing for lead generation and conversion.

Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Track record of building repeatable AI-powered workflows.

Understanding of responsive web design principles.

Experience creating assets across multiple channels: web, social media, email, print.

UX thinking: mapping user journeys and structuring information hierarchy.

Comfortable with ambiguity and starting without detailed specs.

Familiarity with Webflow for landing pages and content updates.

Strong English skills for an international business environment.
