Role Description

The College of Agricultural Sciences Marketing Unit is seeking a skilled part-time graphic designer. The position will report to the art director and is primarily responsible for:

• Assisting with production of templates for college and extension print and digital materials.
• Supporting template end users.

Qualified candidates will be familiar with:

• Design best practices.
• Digital and print production processes.
• Social media trends.

Must be highly proficient in:

• Adobe Express.
• InDesign on macOS.

The successful candidate will possess:

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with building accessibility into and/or remediating digital documents (a plus).

Candidates must have an associate's degree in design, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A cover letter, resume, and link to an online portfolio is required with all applications. This is a non-exempt hourly position offering a maximum of 24 hours weekly and is eligible for fully remote work from select locations.
