Role Description

SEH is currently searching for a Graphic Designer – Print & Marketing to join our talented Marketing team!

The Graphic Designer II plays a key role in producing high-quality visual materials across print and digital platforms, supporting:

• Conference and event graphics
• Broader marketing campaigns
• Client-facing materials

This role blends solid design fundamentals with the ability to translate complex information into visuals that are easy to understand and aligned with SEH’s brand.

You’ll work closely with the creative team and internal partners to support:

• Conferences
• Multi-channel marketing efforts
• Client-facing materials that strengthen how SEH shows up in the market

This Opportunity:

• Develop and produce design materials across print and digital formats, including marketing collateral, presentations, infographics, and conference/event graphics
• Translate technical content, data, and written narratives into clear, visually engaging graphics and infographics
• Lead client-facing and project-related efforts by creating high-quality layouts, presentations, and visual storytelling that help communicate technical solutions
• Collaborate with marketing team, technical teams, and external partners to deliver thoughtful, effective design solutions
• Apply SEH brand standards consistently across all materials
• Manage multiple projects at once, balancing deadlines and priorities with minimal oversight
• Use project management tools to track work, communicate progress, and stay aligned with team workflows
• Explore new design approaches and AI/tools to improve quality and efficiency

Qualifications

• Candidates must provide links to their graphic design portfolio along with their resume and cover letter
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to take complex or technical information and turn it into clear, compelling visuals
• Experience designing a range of materials including large-format or event-related graphics (conference booths, displays, signage)
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing work to meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy and quality under tight timelines
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to use AI tools to support design workflows in a thoughtful and responsible way
• Experience leading a design from concept all the way through print production, working with various partners and vendors independently

Requirements

• Candidates residing in the following states: Texas, Arizona, Florida, or Colorado
• 3–5 years of graphic design experience with a portfolio that demonstrates both print and digital work
• Familiarity with marketing platforms (such as HubSpot) and project management tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field

Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $56,000 and $61,000 based on skill set and experience.
