Role Description
We are currently looking for a talented and creative Front-End Visual Designer who has expertise in UI/UX design and a strong focus on landing page optimization (CRO) to join our growing team.
As a Front-End Visual Designer - UI/UX & Landing Page Optimization (CRO), you will play a crucial role in improving the user experience and visual appeal of our website. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing landing pages with a focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO). Your expertise in both design and user behavior will help ensure that our web experience is both visually stunning and effective in driving sales. You will collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to bring user-centric, data-driven solutions to life.
- Design and create engaging, user-friendly interfaces that align with brand identity.
- Work on web and mobile app layouts to ensure responsive, intuitive designs.
- Ensure seamless, visually appealing user experiences across all touchpoints.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes to visualize design concepts.
- Design landing pages with a strong emphasis on improving user engagement and increasing conversion rates.
- Use A/B testing, user feedback, and analytics to iterate and optimize designs for better performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align design with business goals and user behavior insights.
- Continuously analyze and implement design best practices for landing pages to increase sales, engagement, and retention.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to understand business objectives and target user needs.
- Ensure consistent communication about project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Analyze user behavior using data tools and insights to refine designs and optimize user flows.
- Stay up to date with design trends, conversion optimization tactics, and UX best practices to implement the latest trends.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on landing page optimization and CRO.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web design, UI/UX design, and CRO-focused landing pages.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Experience with design-to-development handoff using tools like Zeplin or similar.
- Familiarity with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize) and experience applying data-driven design solutions.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong understanding of web design best practices and responsive design principles.
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing methodologies.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
