Role Description
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Finalizer to join our Creative team and ensure every asset leaving Tribe X meets the highest standards of quality, consistency, and platform readiness. This role is essential in bridging the gap between creative production and final delivery by preparing polished, export-ready assets across digital platforms.

Prepare export-ready creative files for social media, web, paid ads, presentations, and other digital platforms

Perform quality control checks on all assets, including typography, spacing, alignment, color accuracy, image quality, and formatting consistency

Manage and maintain organized file structures, naming conventions, and delivery folders across projects

Handle version control across iterations, formats, languages, and campaign updates

Maintain and update brand assets including fonts, icons, logos, templates, and imagery libraries

Apply platform-specific formatting and optimization such as safe zones, compression settings, dimensions, and file size requirements

Coordinate with the Media team to ensure all creative assets are delivered correctly and function properly once live

Support presentation and deck finalization by applying brand guidelines, fixing layout inconsistencies, and ensuring polished delivery standards

Ensure all deliverables meet internal quality benchmarks and client expectations before submission
Qualifications

1β3 years of experience in graphic production, creative finalization, or design operations

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

Exceptional attention to detail with a strong eye for layout, typography, and visual consistency

Experience preparing assets for multiple digital platforms and ad specifications

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple file versions and fast-moving deliverables

Understanding of digital production standards including export settings, compression, resolution, and color profiles

Experience working with presentation software such as Google Slides, PowerPoint, or Keynote

Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and thrive in a fast-paced remote environment
