Role Description
Our client is an all-in-one ecommerce growth agency specializing in ad creatives, email marketing, store optimization, and influencer marketing. They are looking for a talented Email/Graphic Designer with a keen eye for detail and strong Photoshop skills to join their team. Email Design Creation:
- Design visually appealing and on-brand email templates and layouts based on provided copy and client briefs.
- Ensure all email designs are optimized for conversion, using effective calls-to-action (CTAs), compelling visuals, and clear messaging.

Proficiency in Design Tools:
- Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Figma, or similar design tools to create high-quality, responsive email designs that perform well across all devices and email clients.
- Create graphics, banners, and other visual elements for use in email campaigns, ensuring they align with client branding and marketing goals.

Responsive Design:
- Ensure that all email designs are mobile-friendly and responsive, providing a seamless experience for users across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Test designs across various email clients (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail) to ensure consistency and proper rendering.

Collaboration with Copywriters & Marketing Teams:
- Collaborate closely with copywriters and marketing teams to ensure the email design complements the copy and effectively communicates the message to the target audience.
- Understand and incorporate key goals from the marketing team to ensure the email aligns with overall campaign objectives.

Email Template Creation & Management:
- Build reusable email templates that can be easily adapted for various campaigns, maintaining consistency across emails while ensuring flexibility for future needs.
- Update and optimize email templates based on performance data, A/B testing results, and feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in email design or digital marketing design
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Figma, or similar design tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating email design work across various industries or campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of responsive design principles and email client compatibility
- Understanding of email marketing best practices and conversion optimization
- Ability to create mobile-responsive email designs that render correctly across all major email clients
