Role Description

We're hiring a Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our internal creative team. This role blends creative innovation with performance marketing.

• Edit short-form performance marketing videos for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid social platforms.
• Design static image ads, carousels, GIFs, thumbnails, and other creative assets.
• Create multiple creative variations from existing concepts to support rapid testing.
• Work closely with Creative Performance Strategists to translate performance insights into new creative.
• Help develop new advertising concepts from idea through final execution.
• Maintain consistent branding while adapting creative for different audiences and placements.
• Collaborate with producers and project managers to hit aggressive production timelines.
• Organize project files and maintain efficient creative workflows.
• Stay current on advertising trends, editing styles, and social media creative best practices.
• Locate, source, and identify strong visuals, clips, and hooks in large asset libraries.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience editing video and designing digital creative in DTC ecommerce or performance marketing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both video editing and graphic design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Familiarity with Figma and Canva.
• Experience creating ads for Meta, TikTok, SnapChat, Google Display and other paid social platforms.
• Strong working knowledge of HTML/CSS for building responsive display ads and landing page elements.
• Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, storytelling, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly.

Requirements

• Motion graphics experience in After Effects.
• Experience creating UGC-style ads, working with voiceover, and developing static ads.
• Basic understanding of creative performance metrics such as CTR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CPA, and ROAS.
• Experience with AI video/image creation.
