Role Description
Create, evaluate and modify prototypes to support evolving hardware and software application development. Responsibilities include:

Develop user profiles, with emphasis on human error control, display issues, visual interaction, physical manipulation, and task and objective analyses.

Develop and apply software design/usability processes in the investigation of technical problems.

Provide product usability, evaluation, and support to product development teams, including the analysis and investigation of applications/systems.

Utilize tactile methods, visual graphics, web, multimedia, voice response, and conversational user interaction.

Assist in developing design concepts and implementation, providing input on user design considerations.

Produce specifications describing user requirements and internal structures for products in development.
Running coaching, culture, and industry firsthand knowledge. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY.
Qualifications

Bachelorβs degree in Communication Design, UX/UI design, human-computer interaction, or related field.

5 years of post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a design-related occupation.
