Role Description

We’re looking for a versatile Digital Media Specialist who is strong in video editing and comfortable working with websites, AI tools, and marketing technology. Currently, we are treating this new company as a startup and the position is part-time; however, this could quickly become a full-time position.

• Edit professional B2B videos, testimonials, interviews, and social clips.
• Build and update WordPress websites and landing pages.
• Handle basic hosting, domains, DNS, and website maintenance.
• Set up and customize AI website agents/chatbots.
• Train AI agents using client websites, content, and FAQs.
• Set up lead qualification, scheduling, and CRM integrations.
• Connect marketing tools using Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
• Create graphics and other digital marketing assets as needed.
• Research and implement new AI and marketing technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong professional video-editing skills.
• WordPress/web design experience.
• Comfortable learning and configuring AI tools.
• Basic marketing automation/integration experience.
• Creative, resourceful, and technically capable.
• Able to take an idea and figure out how to make it work.
• Software experience with the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• You do not need to be a programmer.
• Great with video and websites and has the technical curiosity to quickly learn new AI and marketing platforms.
• Ability to learn new software and technology rapidly is super important.
