Role Description

We're looking for a Digital Designer with a sharp eye for layout and type, and a real instinct for what makes someone stop on paid social. This is a hands-on, Meta-first role where you'll get to make a lot of work and see what actually resonates.

• Design static and carousel ads, build creative from case studies, brand shoots, and lo-fi creator and UGC assets.
• Understand how Meta's Andromeda system has changed the role of creative.
• Help build meaningful creative diversity across formats, visual treatments, and design principles.
• Experiment, test ideas quickly, and see the results of your work in the real world.
• Work closely with the people spending the budget to know which designs earned attention, drove action, and scaled.
• Shape the creative by bringing references, spotting opportunities, and having your own ideas.
• Report into the Senior Creative Strategist and make impactful creative.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of design experience, whether in-house, agency, or freelance, with a portfolio that shows range, strong craft, and an instinct for creative that gets attention.
• Strong design fundamentals: type, layout, hierarchy, colour, and grid.
• Meta and Andromeda literate.
• Performance-minded.
• Platform native.
• Fluent in Figma and comfortable in the Adobe suite.
• Creative and full of ideas.
• Tool flexible.
• Fast, organised, and communicative.
• An instinct for Heidi's audience.
• Resourceful and curious.
• Hungry to learn.
