Role Description

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Designer to join a successful service-led business going through a major digital transformation. This is a broad, hands-on Digital Designer role where you’ll create high-quality digital content across:

• Web
• Marketing campaigns
• Sales
• Social media
• Email
• E-learning

You’ll have plenty of creative ownership, taking briefs from initial concept through to finished artwork and helping evolve the organisation’s digital brand and visual identity.

What You’ll Be Creating:

• Digital campaigns
• Website and landing-page designs
• Social and paid media creative
• Email templates
• Brochures
• eBooks
• Presentations
• Sales collateral
• Infographics
• E-learning graphics
• Other digital assets

You’ll also create reusable templates and design systems, ensuring a strong and consistent brand experience across multiple digital channels.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio across digital, web and marketing
• Experience in Digital Design / Graphic Design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience in Figma / UI Design
• Strong typography, layout, visual hierarchy, composition and brand design skills
• Experience taking projects from creative concept through to finished artwork
• Experience across B2B marketing, professional services, training/education, ABM, email marketing, motion graphics, animation or video would be advantageous

Requirements

• Digital Design / Graphic Design skills
• Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency
• Figma / UI Design experience
• Digital Marketing Creative skills
• Content Design experience

• Remote – UK
• Up to £37,000 FTE – Pro Rata
