[Hiring] Designer III - Telecom - Healthcare @Teecom

Role Description

The Designer III is an entry-level role focused on supporting modeling strategy, strengthening discipline execution, and owning coordination and documentation quality across projects within a defined discipline focus.

• Apply TEECOM’s workflows, tools, and BIM standards with a high level of independence.
• Contribute to project delivery through advanced modeling, drawing development, coordination leadership, documentation, and early engineering support within your primary discipline (Telecom/ICT, Audiovisual, Security, Acoustics, Network, Wi-Fi, etc).
• Support fast-paced coordination cycles, identify risks early, and help teams maintain clarity and alignment across models, markups, and deliverables.
• Contribute to TEECOM’s documentation system by refining workflows, improving modeling standards, and supporting updates in GitHub based on lessons learned from project experience.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or a related field; or equivalent technical or field experience.
• 4+ years of experience in the AEC industry with strong proficiency in Revit, coordinated modeling, and construction documentation across multiple projects.
• Experience delivering technology system designs (Telecom/ICT, Audiovisual, Security, Acoustics, Network, Wi-Fi, and other technology disciplines).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit; familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Asana, and GitHub.

Requirements

• Ability to maintain model health at a senior production level.
• Ability to manage and maintain coordinated models, produce accurate drawings with minimal oversight, and resolve production issues independently.
• Solid technical understanding of technology systems and engineering principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
