Role Description
The Designer III is an entry-level role focused on supporting modeling strategy, strengthening discipline execution, and owning coordination and documentation quality across projects within a defined discipline focus.

Apply TEECOMβs workflows, tools, and BIM standards with a high level of independence.

Contribute to project delivery through advanced modeling, drawing development, coordination leadership, documentation, and early engineering support within your primary discipline (Telecom/ICT, Audiovisual, Security, Acoustics, Network, Wi-Fi, etc).

Support fast-paced coordination cycles, identify risks early, and help teams maintain clarity and alignment across models, markups, and deliverables.

Contribute to TEECOMβs documentation system by refining workflows, improving modeling standards, and supporting updates in GitHub based on lessons learned from project experience.
Qualifications

BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or a related field; or equivalent technical or field experience.

4+ years of experience in the AEC industry with strong proficiency in Revit, coordinated modeling, and construction documentation across multiple projects.

Experience delivering technology system designs (Telecom/ICT, Audiovisual, Security, Acoustics, Network, Wi-Fi, and other technology disciplines).

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit; familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Asana, and GitHub.
Requirements

Ability to maintain model health at a senior production level.

Ability to manage and maintain coordinated models, produce accurate drawings with minimal oversight, and resolve production issues independently.

Solid technical understanding of technology systems and engineering principles.

Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
