Role Description
As part of our dynamic team, youโll help shape the learning experiences that empower individuals and organizations nationwide. At LearnTastic, great design isnโt just about usability โ itโs about transforming how people learn and grow.
Weโre looking for a
Design Experience Strategist
who thinks beyond individual screens or โgood copyโ and designs end-to-end user experiences that balance usability, clarity, and conversion. This role shapes how users move through our product โ from structure and flows to interaction patterns, content, and UI decisions.
What Youโll Own
-
Own the Experience, Not Just the Interface:
Lead the thinking behind how users navigate, decide, and succeed โ designing cohesive journeys that drive engagement, completion, and retention across the entire learning lifecycle.
-
Turn Complexity into Clarity at Scale:
Simplify dense, compliance-driven content into intuitive, frictionless experiences that feel effortless for millions of diverse learners.
-
Design for Outcomes, Not Just Aesthetics:
Shape experiences that directly influence business metrics โ improving activation, reducing drop-offs, and increasing course completion and conversion rates.
Responsibilities
-
Define and optimize user journeys, flows, and information architecture across the product.
-
Translate user needs, behavior, and business goals into clear UX/UI strategies.
-
Design and improve onboarding experiences, including walkthroughs, tooltips, and in-product guidance.
-
Write and structure UI content, microcopy, and CTAs that support usability, trust, and conversion.
-
Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and developers using Figma, wireframes, prototypes, and flow diagrams.
-
Review, iterate, and refine UX and content directly within designs.
-
Ensure consistency in UX patterns, terminology, voice, and interaction logic across the product.
-
Use qualitative and quantitative insights (user feedback, behavior, testing) to validate and improve UX decisions.
-
Contribute to UX best practices, guidelines, and scalable design patterns.
What Weโre Looking For
-
Proven experience in UX strategy, UX/UI design, UX writing, or product design.
-
Strong understanding of user journeys, interaction design, and information architecture.
-
Ability to think strategically about UX, not just execute individual screens.
-
Experience working with Figma, wireframes, prototypes, and user flow documentation.
-
Comfortable collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers.
-
A user-first mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
-
Experience with SaaS or complex digital products.
-
Familiarity with usability testing, A/B testing, or UX research methods.
-
Background in UX design, psychology, human-centered design, or product management.
-
Ability to challenge and improve UI decisions from a UX perspective.
Work Setup
-
Collaborative, fast-paced environment.
-
Opportunity to shape experiences used by millions of learners nationwide.
-
Location: Remote.
