Role Description

Lead technical strategy, procurement, integration, and deployment of electrical OFCI systems across multiple projects.

• Serve as senior SME for electrical infrastructure.
• Drive standardization, speed-to-market, reliability, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with development, construction, ops, and external partners.
• Mentor team and support portfolio-wide strategy.

Qualifications

• 15+ Years of experience.
• 10 Years of Data Center experience.
• PE license (Not necessary but a plus).
• Hyperscale/AI/ML/high-density experience.
• Proficiency in tools like Bluebeam, e it, and AutoCAD.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license appropriate for the role.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a professional work environment.
• Ability to prepare written reports and documentation.
• Capability to convey information clearly to team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Respond appropriately to verbal and written communications related to job duties.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Operate primarily in an active data center construction environment.
• Physical ability to perform essential job functions safely and effectively.
• Must be able to walk, stand, stoop, twist, bend, and climb stairs or ladders for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
• Must be able to drive between job sites and access all areas of an active construction zone.
• Must tolerate exposure to outdoor weather conditions, dust, and construction-related noise.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and site personnel.
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
• Must have sufficient visual acuity to read drawings, specifications, and safety signage.
