Role Description
This role involves developing creative strategies and designs for various marketing campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts for digital and traditional marketing campaigns
- Create visually appealing websites, PPC landing pages, and branding elements with a mobile-first approach
- Design engaging marketing materials, including brochures, social media graphics, email campaigns, and trade show displays
- Collaborate with the Creative Director, web design, and marketing teams to align creative strategies with business goals
- Optimize user experience (UX) and site navigation to enhance engagement and conversions
- Source and integrate high-quality images and visual elements to elevate digital and print materials
- Ensure consistency in brand identity, color theory, and design systems across all platforms
- Conduct research on market trends and competitors to inform design decisions
- Independently manage time and workload to meet project deadlines effectively
- Present creative concepts and refine briefs based on client and stakeholder feedback
- Stay updated on emerging design technologies, industry best practices, and AI-driven tools
- Explore innovative design techniques to enhance marketing effectiveness
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in design and marketing strategy
- Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and WordPress (Figma experience is a plus)
- A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Passion for user-centered design and a strategic approach to problem-solving
- Experience in the Optical or Aesthetics industry is a plus
- Ability to work EST hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST)
