Role Description
A5 Labs is seeking a Marketing Designer with AI expertise to drive innovation in promotional marketing for online poker. This role combines traditional design skills with AI-powered creative generation to deliver high-quality marketing assets at scale. You will conceptualize and execute materials for marketing campaigns across multiple markets, ensuring alignment with brand identity, market trends, and cutting-edge AI design tools.
You will work closely with marketing, product, and project management teams to create polished assets for various platforms, including Facebook and Google ads, social media, affiliate websites, CRM, and in-app advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Design visually compelling marketing materials for iGaming campaigns, including digital ads, banners, social media content, and promotional graphics.
- Use AI-powered design tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Leonardo AI, Runway ML) to generate and refine creative assets, enhancing workflow efficiency.
- Develop pitch decks (ideally AI-assisted) and presentation materials for business growth, product innovation, and audience engagement in the iGaming space.
- Optimize AI-generated assets with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma to maintain a high level of polish and brand consistency.
- Utilize AI-driven automation to produce marketing variations in multiple sizes and formats efficiently (optional).
- Create sophisticated and visually engaging pitch decks using Google Slides and Figma, ensuring alignment with the brand’s branding.
- Work closely with marketing, operation, and product teams to craft visual narratives for partners, clients, and stakeholders in the iGaming industry.
- Incorporate infographics, typography, animations, and AI-generated visual elements to enhance presentation impact.
- Deliver AI-optimized 360-degree marketing assets for platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads, and affiliate networks.
- Implement AI-powered creative iteration techniques to rapidly test and refine campaign materials.
- Ensure consistency across all marketing assets, adhering to brand guidelines and best practices in iGaming.
- Collaborate on creative briefs, brainstorming sessions, and campaign reviews, contributing AI-driven design solutions to reflect emerging trends.
- Stay updated on iGaming design trends, AI-powered content creation, and competitor activities to maintain an innovative edge.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Runway ML, ChatGPT for prompt optimization, and generative AI models) to streamline design workflows.
- Research and integrate new AI techniques into the creative production process, enhancing efficiency and design scalability.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design or marketing design, with a portfolio showcasing AI-enhanced creative work (AI experience 1 year+).
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and presentation tools (Google Slides, Apple Keynote).
- Experience using AI tools for creative generation (MidJourney, DALL·E, Leonardo AI, Runway ML) and ChatGPT for prompt optimization.
- Strong understanding of the iGaming industry, including market trends, audience engagement, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Ability to blend AI-generated assets with manual refinements to ensure a polished and cohesive look.
- Exceptional attention to detail, typography skills, and the ability to translate data into engaging visuals.
- A proactive, solutions-driven approach, thriving in a fast-paced, AI-enhanced design environment.
Requirements
- Experience in iGaming design (casino games, sports betting, poker).
- Motion design skills (After Effects) to create AI-enhanced animations for presentations and ads.
- Experience in developing scalable AI-powered design workflows to optimize efficiency.
- Mandarin Fluency.
