Role Description
We are seeking a talented and versatile Creative / Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in advertising and digital marketing who can bring creative concepts to life across a variety of channels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing high-quality visual assets for:

Other marketing initiatives
Experience with video editing and Figma is highly desirable, as you'll collaborate closely with marketing strategists, account managers, and developers to create engaging and effective creative assets.
Key Responsibilities

Design creative assets for digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Create engaging graphics for social media, websites, landing pages, email marketing, and other digital channels.

Edit and produce short-form video content for social media, paid ads, and marketing campaigns.

Develop visual concepts that align with client branding and campaign objectives.

Create wireframes, mockups, and design layouts using Figma when required.

Collaborate with marketing and account management teams to deliver high-quality creative work.

Adapt and resize creative assets across multiple formats and platforms.
-
Manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.

Stay up to date with design trends, advertising best practices, and emerging creative tools.
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within an advertising, creative, or digital marketing agency.

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital advertising, branding, and marketing design.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Experience designing creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.

Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Video editing experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools.

Experience creating motion graphics and animated content.

Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX and web design projects.

Understanding of landing page design and conversion-focused creative.

Experience working with marketing agencies or performance marketing teams.

Familiarity with Squarespace, WordPress, Webflow, or similar website platforms.

Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics and campaign performance.
