Role Description

This role is to be accountable for one of ember’s 3 uniques “Creativity that makes what seems impossible, possible through transformative events”. To be the leader that leads a team of creatives that delivers on this every day, with their producing team members…and ultimately our clients. To foster a culture of amazing event creative with a process that delivers high precision in excellence.

• LEADS Creativity that makes what seems impossible, possible through transformative events.
• Building a creative team culture of great event ideas, pushing clients, finding new trends and applying them to events.
• Creative Lead For New Business Team, impressing, responding and converting new business opportunities through strategic, super-creative concepts in a rapid turnaround.
• Transitioning and tee’ing up New business for Creative manager to take to execution.
• Creative Lead For New Business & 2 Large Complex Projects/Key Accounts.
• Staffing, Resourcing, Creative System Management, managing capacity of team and distribution of new business.
• Leading, Managing & Accountability, managing 3 director reports, retaining A-players, and building B-players into A over time.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in performance in roles.

Requirements

• Must be able to travel 30 days a year.
