Role Description

Aquent Studios is seeking a Managing Creative Director, Social Creative to join our team supporting Qualcomm. They will lead the development of social-first creative across its portfolio of brands, including Snapdragon and emerging growth businesses. This leader will transform audience insights, channel strategies, and creative briefs into breakthrough social concepts, content platforms, and campaigns designed for today's creator-driven and platform-native environments. In close partnership with the Social team, they will develop culturally relevant creative that drives engagement, participation, and brand impact.

The ideal candidate combines exceptional creative vision with a deep understanding of social behaviors, content ecosystems, and emerging cultural trends. They are a collaborative leader who can inspire teams, guide agency partners, and elevate creative excellence across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development of social-first creative concepts, content ecosystems, and campaign activations across Qualcomm brands.
• Provide creative leadership to internal teams, agencies, creators, and production partners.
• Partner with Social, Brand, Campaign Creative, Media, PR, Partnerships, and Production teams to translate strategy into compelling creative solutions.
• Develop platform-native content and scalable creative systems that drive engagement and sustain audience interest over time.
• Identify and leverage emerging cultural trends, creator behaviors, and storytelling opportunities to fuel innovation.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, collaboration, and creative excellence while ensuring work aligns with business objectives.
