Role Description

Our Client is seeking a vision-driven, performance-obsessed Creative Director to lead their remote creative development pipeline from ideation to campaign execution. This is a strategic creative leadership seat built at the intersection of aesthetic quality and raw direct-response performance. Reporting directly to the Director of Fulfillment, the successful candidate will own the performance of all multi-channel paid social ad components (Meta and Google). This professional will manage an internal team of video editors and external agencies, deploying automated AI tools to engineer, copywrite, test, and scale hyper-localized, high-converting visual assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Team Leadership & Agency Coordination
    • Manages, prioritizes, and audits the daily workloads and production schedules of two internal media editors to keep creative asset creation moving efficiently.
    • Briefs, evaluates, and provides granular directional feedback to third-party creative agencies, treating them seamlessly as an extension of the internal unit.
    • Oversees the clean operational structure and naming taxonomy of global media repositories on Google Drive by directing the team to follow precise organizational policies.
    • Monitors, records, and audits project milestones and individual task durations utilizing ClickUp management software.
  • Direct-Response Ideation, AI Copywriting & Production
    • Originates compelling short-form video concepts, script directions, and visual angles, guiding editors on real-world asset collection or AI-generated footage synthesis.
    • Interfaces with specialized AI tools (Claude) to write, optimize, and match high-converting ad copy layouts with fresh video variations.
    • Conducts creative audits of local dealer clients' organic social streams to isolate user-generated or localized footage for hyper-targeted retargeting campaigns.
    • Acts as the centralized point of contact for custom client media requests, translating commercial goals into clear production prompts.
  • Performance Analysis & Creative Testing Loops
    • Reviews, time-stamps, and audits every piece of video asset and motion content, enforcing precise revision notes or clearing approved items for deployment.
    • Syncs with the media buying department to feed incoming verified creative assets directly into sandbox testing environments.
    • Utilizes diagnostic data toolsets to trace lead-cost KPIs, analyzing Sandbox testing matrices methodically to pinpoint what creative concepts should be scaled, iterated upon, or deactivated.
    • Stays ahead of systemic AI creative trends, evaluating new generation methodologies to expand the agency's production capacity.

Qualifications

  • Required Qualifications
    • 3 to 5 years of verified success directing performance creative, direct-response advertising, or high-velocity growth creative pipelines for paid social channels (experience in abstract or pure brand design is not applicable).
    • Proven background engineering creative components that yielded measurable pipeline conversion lift, lower Cost-Per-Lead (CPL), and optimized Click-Through Rates (CTR).
    • Demonstrated experience leading, managing, or directing a small internal creative team or third-party freelancers.
    • Exceptional technical curiosity with a genuine drive to adopt advanced AI tools (e.g., Claude) to execute copywriting and quantitative performance data analysis.
    • Outstanding attention to detail as a creative reviewer, holding the capacity to articulate the structural and psychological "why" behind visual modifications.
    • Elite written and verbal English communication skills, equipped to compose rigorous revision summaries, brief editors, and engage professionally with client stakeholders.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Functional familiarity with light video assembly workflows inside tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve to establish realistic production timelines.
    • Prior experience managing campaign messaging or creative assets within the home improvement, construction, architectural design, or luxury consumer good verticals.
    • Exposure to multi-layered multivariate sandbox testing methodologies.
