Role Description
As our Creative Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and messaging of Unicoin. You will lead our creative team, overseeing the development of innovative campaigns and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
- Set the creative vision and strategy for all brand communications, including marketing campaigns, social media, and digital content.
- Lead and inspire a talented team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Conceptualize, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
- Oversee creative projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align creative efforts with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Deep understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- A passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail
