Role Description

We are seeking a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Creative Designer to join our client's growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a solid understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to create engaging visual content across multiple platforms. This role requires someone who can take creative briefs and turn them into polished, on-brand designs that support marketing campaigns and drive engagement. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple projects, incorporating feedback, and collaborating with marketing and other creative team members. Experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred.

What you’ll be doing

• Creative Design: Develop high-quality visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, email marketing, and other marketing channels.
• Social Media Creative: Design engaging graphics, carousels, ads, and other visual content tailored to different social platforms.
• Branding: Maintain brand consistency across all creative materials, ensuring designs align with established brand guidelines.
• Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop creative concepts that support lead generation, brand awareness, and client growth.
• Ad Creative: Create compelling visual assets for paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google.
• Website Design: Develop graphics, banners, landing page visuals, and other website assets that enhance user experience and support conversion goals.
• Creative Concepts: Translate marketing briefs and campaign objectives into fresh, visually compelling concepts.
• Quality Assurance: Review all creative work for accuracy, consistency, alignment, and overall visual quality before delivery.
• Feedback & Revisions: Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand feedback and make revisions efficiently.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on current design, social media, and digital marketing trends to bring fresh ideas and creative approaches to client projects.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional experience as a Creative Designer, Graphic Designer, or in a related creative role.
• Advanced knowledge of design principles, typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Experience creating creative assets for social media, paid advertising, websites, and email campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and how design supports engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong visual judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to take creative direction while also bringing original ideas to the table.
• Experience working with digital marketing agencies is preferred.
• Healthcare or dental marketing experience is a plus.
