Things we ask of our designers
-
Ask plenty of questions. No question is wrong, or misplaced. Always bring your ideas here, openly and safely.
-
Consider context. Think about your work in the broadest way possible - how will it strengthen the brand, or move it forward? What else is it connected to?
-
Be opinionated but open to change. Bring a point of view but be ready to change that. We have an amazing group of colleagues and customers who provide feedback on a regular basis.
-
Collaboration. Foster a collaborative design process. Share your work early and often. Seek out regular feedback from stakeholders and the wider design team. Present your work in updates and critiques. Filter and prioritise any feedback for a successful outcome.
