[Hiring] Brand & Print Production Designer @Pavago

Role Description

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Brand & Print Production Designer to create visually impactful branding and print materials for storefronts, retail environments, and marketing campaigns. This is not just a graphic design role. You’ll own the creative and technical execution of physical brand assets—from concept to production—ensuring every design is visually compelling, brand-consistent, and print-ready.

You’ll work across:

• Brand identity
• Large-format signage
• Retail graphics
• Print production
• Promotional collateral
• Vendor coordination

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, print production, large-format design, and retail or environmental graphics.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
• Professional working proficiency in Spanish.
• Illustration skills and basic video editing capabilities.
• Experience working in retail, storefront, or physical brand environments.
• Comfortable using remote collaboration and project management tools.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of print production workflows, print-ready file preparation, large-format printing, and color management.
• Experience coordinating with printers and production vendors.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Able to balance creativity with technical precision.
• Comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a remote environment.
• Strong communicator who collaborates effectively with internal teams and production vendors.
• Passionate about creating visually impactful physical brand experiences.
