Role Description
As a Brand & Marketing Designer (all genders), you are responsible for the visual brand management of chargecloud and ensure that our brand design is developed in a consistent, impactful, and future-ready manner across all touchpoints. You translate complex B2B SaaS content into clear visual storytelling and design strong brand and marketing assets β from content and campaigns to trade fair appearances.

Develop image and design concepts β from the initial idea, mood boards, and leitmotifs to the final execution.

Design key visuals, campaign looks, and channel-optimized assets for social media, ads, newsletters, specialist media, and other marketing initiatives.

Conceptualize and design trade fair and event materials such as booth walls, flyers, advertising spaces, and giveaways β including final artwork and production data.

Translate complex content into strong visual formats such as presentations, whitepapers, success stories, infographics, icons, illustrations, and mockups.

Use AI tools confidently and purposefully in your daily work, e.g., for image generation or more efficient content production.

Work closely with the marketing team and optimize creatives based on learnings and KPIs.
Qualifications

Several years of experience in graphic, brand, or marketing design, ideally in a B2B or tech environment.

Completed studies or training in the field of communication design, graphic design, media design, marketing, or a comparable qualification.

A strong portfolio that demonstrates conceptual strength and execution across various touchpoints.

A keen sense for typography, layout, visual language, and brand communication.

Strategic thinking and the ability to make content visually clear, understandable, and impactful.

Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Familiar with AI-supported design and content workflows and can confidently evaluate the quality of AI-generated results within the framework of our brand.

Enthusiasm for current design trends and innovative brand building.

Structured, independent way of working, team spirit, and pleasure in taking on responsibility.

Business-fluent in German and English.
