Role Description

We're hiring an in-house Creative Producer to help us transform the way cybersecurity is marketed.

• Produce engaging content that captures attention, including:
• Short videos
• Launch films
• Event content
• Podcast episodes
• Motion pieces
• Campaign assets
• Founder content
• Customer stories that feel authentic
• Work directly with:
• Marketing team
• Founders
• Researchers
• Customers
• Own the entire production process:
• Concept development
• Shot list creation
• Shooting
• Editing
• Final delivery
• Occasionally direct or work as a one-person crew.
• Manage a team of freelancers and AI tools to create high-quality content.
• Proactively suggest ideas and determine necessary resources.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a creative role.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Brand designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.

Requirements

• Ability to operate cameras, direct talent, edit, and finish work independently.
• Experience using AI tools in production with informed opinions on their effectiveness.
• Technical knowledge when necessary, with the ability to step back when it’s not.
• Willingness to explore unconventional ideas and find ways to execute them.
• Desire to learn about cybersecurity quickly.
