Role Description

WorkNomads is on the hunt for a Brand Designer/Art Director to join our team!

• Lead the creation of brand strategy, positioning, visual identity, and design systems from concept to delivery.
• Partner with designers, strategists, researchers, and project managers to develop strong brand ideas and design frameworks.
• Distil complex signals and bring clarity of direction.
• Transform visual and verbal systems into easy-to-use brand guidelines.
• Oversee design quality across digital production, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
• Interpret briefs and find the most creative and appropriate design solutions to complex design problems.
• Communicate your process, thinking, and design decisions clearly and effectively.
• Keep a pulse on emerging trends and reports relevant across diverse clients and industries.

Qualifications

• Self-starter mentality, proactive, autonomous, and strong in time and priority management.
• Adaptable and comfortable in rapid product development, able to pivot as business needs evolve.
• Equally comfortable speaking business and creative languages.
• Curious, vocal, and possess strong interpersonal skills within cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of branding and creative projects; experience with brand design, graphics, and typography.
• Design with intention, empathy, and systematic thinking to user insight.
• Passion and flair for design.
• Positive, willing to learn, and open to feedback.
• Passion for continuous learning & collaboration in a global setting.
• Team player mentality and belief that no one should be left behind regardless of background.
