Cambium Build, first CLT company in Argentina, is seeking a highly skilled Architect/a BIM Modeler to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Creating accurate 3D architectural models.
• Collaborating closely with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of design and construction processes.
• Integrating Mass Timber into different projects.
• Maintaining thorough knowledge of BIM software.

• Exhibiting excellent communication skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field with specialization in BIM modeling.
• Proven experience working as a BIM Modeler or Architect using BIM tools such as Revit or Cad Work.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and architectural design principles.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse project teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet tight project deadlines.
• Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in technical English for documentation and coordination.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM architectural models throughout all project phases.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, designers, and construction managers to ensure design consistency and accuracy.
• Review and validate BIM models to comply with project requirements, standards, and regulations.
• Prepare and manage BIM documentation and reports to support project delivery and stakeholder communication.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM software developments and industry best practices to continuously improve modeling efficiency.
