Cambium Build, first CLT company in Argentina, is seeking a highly skilled Architect/a BIM Modeler to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative Mass Timber construction projects by leveraging Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Creating accurate 3D architectural models.
• Collaborating closely with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of design and construction processes.
• Integrating Mass Timber into different projects.
• Maintaining thorough knowledge of BIM software.
• Employing a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Exhibiting excellent communication skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field with specialization in BIM modeling.
• Proven experience working as a BIM Modeler or Architect using BIM tools such as Revit or Cad Work.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and architectural design principles.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse project teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet tight project deadlines.
• Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in technical English for documentation and coordination.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM architectural models throughout all project phases.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, designers, and construction managers to ensure design consistency and accuracy.
• Review and validate BIM models to comply with project requirements, standards, and regulations.
• Prepare and manage BIM documentation and reports to support project delivery and stakeholder communication.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM software developments and industry best practices to continuously improve modeling efficiency.
