Role Description

Are you a creative and detail-oriented design professional with a passion for producing high-quality artwork while ensuring seamless project coordination? We're looking for a Home-Based Art Coordinator to join our DCX team.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate closely with Account Managers, clients, and suppliers to create compelling artwork.
• Prepare customer proofs and manage production-ready files.
• Coordinate artwork approvals throughout the production process.
• Monitor vendor communications and track project timelines.
• Ensure orders progress smoothly from concept to delivery.

Your creativity, organizational skills, and attention to detail will play a vital role in delivering exceptional branded merchandise and print solutions that exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Art Coordinator, Production Artist, or in a similar creative production role.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work during overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US business hours.

• Technically Proficient: Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud and production workflows.
