[Hiring] Architectural Interior Designer @Henry Schein

Role Description

This role serves as a client-facing design lead responsible for translating customer needs into functional, high-quality architectural and equipment planning solutions. The position partners closely with Equipment Sales Specialists and cross-functional teams to develop and execute design strategies aligned with client goals and business objectives. This role requires strong space planning and technical design skills, collaboration across multiple stakeholders, and the ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, dynamic project environments while maintaining accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree (minimum) in interior architecture, architecture, architectural drafting, or related field
• Experience in architectural or interior design with strong space planning knowledge
• Ability to function as a client-facing design lead translating needs into functional solutions
• Strong understanding of zoning, adjacencies, circulation, accessibility, life safety codes, and construction practices
• Proficiency in floor plan development and creation of construction documentation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/AutoCAD Architecture and Revit; 3D modeling experience a plus
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent communication skills with ability to convey technical concepts clearly
• Strong collaboration skills across sales, clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams
• Self-starter with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy
• Familiarity with collaboration and task management tools
• Commitment to professional standards and workplace policies
