Role Description

We have an immediate opening for the position of Application Design Architect/Website Designer. This is a remote, long-term contract role.

• This position requires five years of experience/expertise designing enterprise websites using a modern web development platform and industry standards.
• This position requires at least one year of experience/expertise designing end-user-friendly, well-organized, easily accessible, searchable, customer-centric, secure, and mobile-friendly Web Content Management Systems.

• The position should assist LWC with ensuring the website and documents meet all Federal and State requirements. At least one example, showing how they met Federal and/or State requirements during a successful website redesign is desirable.
• The position should assist LWC with ensuring the website and documents meet all the ADA and Plain Language requirements. At least one example, showing how they met Federal and/or State requirements during a successful website redesign is desirable.
• One year of experience developing websites meeting the Plain Language requirements is desirable.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in designing enterprise websites.
• One year of experience in designing user-friendly Web Content Management Systems.

• Experience in meeting Federal and State requirements during website redesigns.
• Experience in ensuring compliance with ADA and Plain Language requirements.
• Experience in developing websites that meet Plain Language requirements.
