Role Description

Cieden is a design agency that partners with global brands and startups - from FinTech to Healthcare - to create high-impact digital products. Our UI/UX team handles complex business applications. Now we're adding a new capability: fast, business-driven website creation - premium marketing sites that don't just look good but actually convert.

We’re looking for a designer who loves building impactful websites and wants to push the boundaries of what’s possible with AI. By using a toolkit like Webflow or Framer, we aim to bypass the manual grind, moving from concept to launch in just a few days so we can spend more time on what actually matters: great design and results.

What You'll Do:

• Client Discovery: Lead brief calls to define business goals, target audiences, and success metrics.
• Structure & Strategy: Map out sitemaps and page logic that serve conversion goals, using AI tools (Relume, ChatGPT, etc.) to accelerate the process.
• Content & Visual Direction: You’ll use your favorite AI generators not just to create, but to direct and polish the final aesthetic.
• Website Development: Build responsive, animated, production-ready sites using whatever tool produces the best result fastest - Webflow, Framer, AI coding agents (Claude code, v0, Cursor, etc.) or a combination.
• Deployment & Handoff: Ship the live site (Vercel, Netlify, Webflow hosting) and ensure it works flawlessly across devices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in web/interface design with a strong eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Business-minded design thinking: You understand conversion principles, user journey mapping, and how to design for goals - not just aesthetics. You know the difference between a site that wins awards and a site that wins clients.
• Resourceful & Fast: You’re someone who loves finding the shortest path to a premium result. Whether it’s Webflow + AI content or full agentic development, we value your ability to build smart, efficient workflows that save time and keep quality high.
• Comfortable with deployment: You can ship a website to production independently - whether that's clicking "publish" in Webflow/Framer or deploying code via Vercel/Netlify.
• AI fluency: You’re comfortable experimenting with AI to accelerate your work. You don’t need to be a developer, but you have enough 'technical intuition' to guide AI coding agents and ensure the final result is clean and functional.
• English - Upper-Intermediate or higher: You'll communicate directly with international clients.
• Portfolio that shows impact: Share marketing sites, landing pages, or product sites you've shipped - especially ones that drove measurable business results. AI-assisted projects are a strong plus.
