Role Description

We’re looking for a Stylized 3D Artist to help bring our premium casual mobile game world to life through emotionally appealing characters and stylized environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create stylized 3D characters, props, and environments for mobile games
• Develop polished, game-ready assets from concepts, references, or rough direction
• Build clean and animation-friendly topology optimized for mobile platforms
• Collaborate closely with art, design, and development teams to maintain a cohesive visual direction
• Apply strong lighting, composition, and presentation skills to showcase assets effectively
• Ensure assets meet performance and optimization requirements for mobile production
• Utilize AI-assisted tools and workflows to help accelerate production while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications

• Strong stylized 3D skills
• Premium casual visual understanding
• Strong topology and optimization awareness
• Animation-friendly modeling skills
• Experience creating expressive characters
• Strong presentation and lighting sense
• Ability to work from rough concepts into polished game-ready assets
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate production workflows
