Role Description

The TPA SME is responsible for leading requirements discovery, analysis, and documentation for client implementations on the LifePRO platform. This role combines strong business analysis expertise with Policy Admin, NB, Epp, Accounting domain knowledge to translate business needs into clear, actionable solution requirements.

This position applies business analysis leadership across the full project lifecycle, including:

• Gathering requirements
• Analysis
• Solution design support
• Testing
• Implementation
• Handoff

The TPA SME partners closely with:

• Business users
• Senior stakeholders
• Development teams
• QA teams
• Support teams
• Project teams

to drive solution clarity, manage requirement changes, mitigate delivery risks, and help ensure successful outcomes. This opportunity is well suited for an experienced business analyst who can lead discussions, mentor team members, and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced client environment.
