[Hiring] Technical Business Analyst @Quadrant

Role Description

Ideal candidates will be a part of a team tasked with overseeing Client’s migration into cloud environment.

• Review potential new tools and technologies and weigh their value in clients new growing cloud environment.
• Provide expertise on continuous process improvement strategies, organizational redesign, change management projects, and performance measures for basic business process engagements.
• Conduct analysis of business processes including:
  • Current state analysis
  • Gap analysis
  • Benchmarking
  • Best practices identification
  • Organizational assessment
  • Other related tasks
• Create plans and process improvements for items such as:
  • Future state design
  • Change management
  • Transition plans
• Provide oversight for the development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance and performance quality.
• Advise government personnel and delivery partners on process standardization, agile adoption, and digital transformation best practices within the federal environment.
• Conduct client interviews when needed.
• Deliver presentations and training courses on measurement, analysis, improvement, and control.
• Perform cost and benefit analysis.
• Promote transparency, communication, and alignment across cross-functional teams, including technologists, security experts, product managers, and client stakeholders.
• Receive assignments in the form of objectives and establish goals to meet outlined objectives.
• Provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
• Help to identify and define client needs to ensure ideal performance and reporting systems are in place.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience working as a Business Analyst.
• Master’s degree in business administration, finance, information systems, or related field is required.
• At least one of the following active certifications: CSM, PMP, CBAP, SSM or Six Sigma is required.

Requirements

• Proficiency in creating functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
• Expertise in eliciting and documenting business requirements, business processes, and workflows.
• Experience with business modeling techniques and tools (e.g., UML, BPMN).
• Proficiency in using documentation tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
• Proficient in using project management and tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).
• Strong experience supporting Software development projects and working in an AGILE environment.
• Proven knowledge in Agile and SAFe methodologies and their application in scaling those principles.
• Experience in Cloud migration and/or integrations is highly desired.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Able to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• High attention to details.
• Strong problem solving skills and highly analytical.
