Role Description

Support ERP delivery by driving module-level requirement analysis, documentation, and validation, ensuring alignment with overall BA strategy and technical feasibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead detailed analysis for assigned modules:
  • Inventory & Logistics
  • Maintenance (MRO)
  • Technical Documentation / Configuration
  • Procurement / HR
  • Analytics & Reporting
• Break down high-level requirements into functional and user stories
• Contribute to:
  • FRD / SRS sections
  • User stories and acceptance criteria
• Maintain documentation consistency with BA standards
• Work closely with engineering teams to:
  • Clarify requirements
  • Validate technical feasibility
• Conduct module-specific discussions and walkthroughs
• Utilize AI tools to:
  • Assist in requirement breakdown and user story creation
  • Analyze data patterns for module insights
  • Support documentation and test scenario generation
• Gather feedback and refine requirements

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Business Analysis or related experience
• Basic understanding of:
  • Requirement documentation (BRD/FRD)
  • User stories and Agile workflows
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Requirements

• Engineering / Technical degree (preferred)
• Understanding of:
  • System workflows
  • Basic data structures and integrations
