[Hiring] Technical Business Analyst @TransUnion

Role Description

This role involves supporting the UK for a maternity cover as a Consultant in Business Analysis.

• Identification, documentation and agreement of scope and functional and non-functional requirements.
• Ensure that requirements are prioritised and traceable through delivery and testing as fit for purpose and delivering the defined benefit.
• Ensure that technical documentation is created to support: As Is discovery, solution design and solution implementation.
• As Is and To Be landscape and process mapping.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Solution Engineers and Test Engineers to ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards and governance gateways.
• Benefits identification and management.
• Engage as a member of the core team of analysts to define and continually improve working practice.

Qualifications

• Ability to both think and plan at a strategic, big picture level as well as in the detail.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely at all levels using appropriate mediums.
• Strong requirements management skills.
• Robust experience of process mapping and design.
• Demonstratable experience as a Business Analyst of technology focused projects.
• Knowledge of waterfall and agile project delivery methodologies and software development practices.

• A Minimum of a 100 Meg Fibre line is required; should you be successful, you will need to upgrade your line or install fibre in order to work effectively.
• Being a credit bureau, some positions require a clear credit record.
• This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
