Role Description

The Sr. Manager, Data & Analytics, is responsible for defining, scaling, and leading FDH Electronics’ enterprise data strategy, governance, and analytics capabilities. This role owns the accuracy, consistency, and usability of business data across the organization and ensures leaders have access to trusted, timely insights to drive decision-making.

• Provide senior-level leadership over data governance, master data management, enterprise analytics, and data delivery practices.
• Act as a Scrum Master for the data and analytics team, ensuring disciplined Agile delivery while maintaining pragmatism.
• Oversee the Data Master and Business Intelligence team, including data governance, master data management, data warehouse architecture, and Power BI reporting.
• Serve as a strategic bridge between business leaders and IT, ensuring data solutions are scalable, governed, and aligned with company growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data management
• 3+ years of experience leading or influencing data, analytics, or BI teams
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehouses
• Advanced experience with Power BI, SSRS, and enterprise reporting
• Experience working with ERP, inventory, pricing, and supply chain data
• Proven ability to partner with business leaders and influence decisions
• Insightful, hands-on leader with strong leadership and communication skills
• Strong business acumen - connecting data initiatives to revenue, efficiency, and compliance impact
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
• Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement

Requirements

• U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.
• ITAR Requirement 120.15. Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.
• This position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”).
